Each of our love of homes and sales started very early. After some time working in construction with his father, Jakob found his ‘calling’ in his first sales position at age 18 and has consistently honed his craft over the past 20 years. Jasmen took her first job at a local Real Estate agency at age 16 and never looked back. At 19, she purchased her first home in downtown Courtenay and her passion for buying, renovating, building and selling real estate has never ceased.

In 2013 Jakob started the next stage in his sales career and joined Remax. We have both grown up in the Comox Valley and pride ourselves on our neighbourhood expertise. This market allows us to push boundaries and consistently achieve precedent setting sale prices.
